    Great place to find ideas for a lesson for ESOL or basic reading students.
  • Randall's ESL Cyber Listening Lab
    Great site for ESOL students. There are many listening quizzes that include before and after exercises. Skill levels range from beginning to advanced. (Necessary software is available for download from the site.)

  • The ESL Wonderland
    This site is great for ESOL tutors and their students. There are several activities available, and some are video interactive. There are current topics available for discussion, and also some surveys and quizzes.
  • La Mansion Del Ingles
    This is a totally free site for Spanish speakers who want to learn English. You will find courses, grammar, vocabulary, exercises, books and educational programs available to download. 

  • Interesting Things for ESL Students
    This sight has lots of great quizzes in Flash plus word games and even English pronunciation with sound.

    This sight contains lots of quizzes and even has a place for you to write your own quiz.

  • Edict Virtual Language Center
    This sight is really cool. There are pictorial idioms, crosswords, Text-to-Speech, Conversation and much, much more!

    What a fantastic site! It's all about simple, creative writing and storytelling activities for all ages.
  • The Internet TESL Journal
    This site has a wonderful variety of articles, research papers, lesson plans, classroom handouts, links, and teaching ideas. This is a monthly journal, so make sure you check back regularly.
  • Karin's ESL Party Land
    Student pages have over 75 interactive quizzes, 15 discussion forums, interactive lessons on a variety of topics, a chat room, and lots of great links.
