Tasty Recipes from LNNY Folks
Learning can be lots of fun - what better way to apply writing skills than to write a recipe! Many of the students and tutors at Literacy of Northern NY are fabulous cooks. They love to prepare and share traditional dishes from family recipes with staff, volunteers, and classmates. In the Jefferson ELL classes, we have shared dishes from China, Peru, Mexico, Nicaragua, and other countries. Some of our folks have agreed to share the recipes.
